International Summer Market 2024

International Summer Market

Dear Parents,

Next week, on Friday 5th July we would like to invite you to come and join us for our first International Summer Market- this will be an opportunity for us to celebrate our wonderfully diverse community and come together and celebrate as we approach the end of another successful school year.

We have previously asked if any parents/volunteers would wish to take part and you will see some brave parents and organisations on the day who want to be a part of the event.

We will have some stalls with jewellery, clothes, crafts and some games to take part in. There will be a small cost for these stalls so please do bring cash with you on the day. There will also be bouncy castles, an inflatable slide and a football penalty shoot out – there will be a cost for these so again, please do bring some cash with you on the day. There will also be some free events to take part in on the day so please make sure you stay and have a good look around.

Food and drink will be available with chip cones, an ice cream van and some international foods to taste too.

It is set to be a fun afternoon and we are looking forward to seeing all of our families there.

On the day we are encouraging all our children to be collected at 1:55 from their usual exit doors. The event will then start at 2pm. Any children who have not been collected early will stay with staff and be able to then have a look around the event later in the afternoon.

We understand that some families may find it difficult to collect at 1:55pm so please do discuss this with us if you feel you can not attend at this time.

We look forward to seeing you at the event next Friday 5th July. Please collect your child at 1:55pm.

Thanks for your support,

Mrs Herbert
