We are delighted to share that Oasis Academy Harpur Mount has been recognised by the Department for Education as one of the latest "Attendance and Behaviour Hub Lead Schools."
This prestigious designation means that our academy will play a key role in supporting schools across the country to improve attendance and behaviour, sharing best practice through one‑to‑one support, events, and open days.
The DfE highlighted that lead schools were selected for their ability to create safe, supportive cultures that foster a sense of belonging for staff and pupils, including disadvantaged pupils and those with SEND.
What does this mean?
- Our academy will join a growing network of 57 lead schools nationwide.
- We will showcase our strong practice in attendance and behaviour, helping to reach tens of thousands of pupils across hundreds of schools.
- This recognition reflects the dedication of staff and leaders here at OA Harpur Mount, and the positive impact we are hoping to have on pupils and families every day.
